Dubai - Construction Update. For Dubai to continue it's ongoing development there is construction throughout, but mainly towards the beach area. The construction of the Jumeirah Beach Residence is inland behind the beach resorts. The land view/ marina/ lagoon view rooms will all be facing different levels of construction and some noise can be expected due to this. Whilst the hotels do their best to allocate rooms where construction/ noise will be at the minimum, no complaints due to construction will be entertained re sea facing or land facing rooms. When sea facing there will be visible construction for the Palm Island from most of the beach hotels, with minimum noise disruption. When in the resorts there is little/no disruption due to noise and holiday makers have been able to enjoy their beach holidays.
