Al Maha is an idyllic, exclusive oasis, set within a 25-square kilometre desert conservation
reserve. The resort is approximately a one hour drive from Dubai International Airport. A lifestyle of luxury, lavish suites, your own pool, fine food and wine, and sincere, friendly personal service and even more precious in today’s world, a rare sanctuary of tranquility, balance and peace. At Al Maha, your suite is more than somewhere to stay, it is part of the experience. The architectural style, materials and textures all draw inspiration from the traditions of a Bedouin encampment. All the suites stand apart from each other, so you can enjoy total privacy whilst benefiting from breathtaking views across the desert to the mountains.
The exclusive guest accommodations each have their own temperature-controlled swimming pool, and consist of: 375 square metre Owners Suite with two large bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious lounge with dining facilities and residential quarters for guests’ private staff, spacious courtyard and kitchen; two Royal Suites with an area of 175 square metres which also have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and a lounge; 27 Bedouin Suites each with an area of 75 square metres have a bedroom with sitting area, and en-suite bathroom. The resort facilities include a lounge, bar, library (which converts into a boardroom), two majlis (Arabic meeting area), main dining room with private dining annexe, ‘The Gallery’ boutique offers accessories and local antiques/artefacts, in-room private check-in and personal check-out, complimentary laundry and pressing service, fax, internet, e-mail service, currency exchange facilities, concierge service, staff/suite ratio is 3:1. Activities available: guided safaris, falconry, archery, camel trekking and horse riding. Private vehicles and outside visitors are not allowed in the resort. Regrettably, Al Maha will not cater for children under 12 years unless the entire resort is booked. Children over 12 years must be accommodated in their own
suite.
Note: From 10th July to 24th July the pool at Al Maha Timeless Spa will be closed for renovation and the treatment rooms will not be accessible during this period. However, in-room treatments will still be available and guests can still enjoy their own private pool located on the deck of each Suite.
