The Regent Beach Resort is 20 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport, and is on the Jumeirah Beach Corniche. The public beach is across the minor road from the Regent Beach Resort. The nearest mall is only 5 minutes walk and the new Mercato Centre is 5 minutes drive. The resort is only 10 minutes drive from Bur Dubai and 20 minutes from Deira and the Gold Souk.
The Regent Beach Resort is a Mediterranean villa-style complex and offers 80 rooms and suites. All the rooms and suites are air conditioned, have private bathroom, hairdryer, mini-bar, room safe, telephone, TV, and 24-hour room service. The executive and junior suite rooms have a patio which overlooks the Arabian Gulf. The resort has a 24-hour coffee shop and a new Arabic Restaurant which is tastefully decorated has recently opened. Guests can enjoy a dip in the pool or stroll across to the beautiful sandy beach.

Dubai - Construction Update.
For Dubai to continue its ongoing development there is construction throughout this Emirate. The land view/ marina/ lagoon view rooms in Dubai’s beach hotels are facing different levels of construction and some noise can be expected. From Sea facing rooms there may be construction visible on the Palm Island from most beach hotels, with minimum noise disruption. Within the resorts there is little disruption and holiday makers have been able to enjoy their beach holidays. Whilst the hotels do their best to allocate rooms where construction/ noise will be at the minimum, no complaints due to construction will be entertained regarding sea facing or land facing rooms.. The Burj Dubai area is also rapidly being completed with the Burj Dubai tower now standing at over 160 floors. Road works are also underway throughout Dubai in order to improve the flow of traffic. The Dubai Metro project is well underway and work on this project is visible throughout Dubai. Other projects will continue to unfold as Dubai races ahead. When visiting Dubai, you will be witnessing first hand development and growth of this world class destination. |
