The Lounge, open 24 hours, The Lounge is the central point of the hotel with large
windows overlooking Dubai Creek. The Lounge serves breakfast and all-day refreshments
including soups, salads, light snacks, grilled sandwiches and Arabic sweets. Alcoholic
drinks are available from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.
Cafe Arabesque, spacious and bright, with traditional Arabic patterns throughout,
Cafe Arabesque serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from five, all-day buffet counters
as well as providing an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Specialities include
a large variety of kebabs prepared according to traditional culinary methods in
wood-fired ovens.
The Thai Kitchen, mixes modern decor with traditional cuisine from three live working
kitchens. Seating is positioned around the kitchens to allow guests to enjoy the
sights and smells of classic Thai cuisine preparation. Meals are presented in a
variety of small celadon cups, plates and saucers, making The Thai Kitchen a fun
and exotic shared dining experience. Alfresco dining is available in the covered
terrace adjacent.
Traiteur, offering modern European cuisine in a striking architectural setting,
Traiteur is set on two levels, both connected by a long metal staircase suspended
from the ceiling. Traiteur includes Cave Privée, a 1200-bottle wine cellar, plus
two private dining rooms seating up to ten people. A background of contemporary
French lounge music completes the experience. The upper level of Traiteur also hosts
a cosmopolitan wine bar with an outdoor terrace area.
The Terrace, set on the marina front and separated into three distinct areas, The
Terrace features the spectacular Raw Bar, offering a selection of caviar, oysters,
prawns and salmon accompanied by an assortment of premium vodkas.
Five meeting rooms, including an 840-square-metre ballroom, make Park Hyatt Dubai
the perfect setting for social or business events for 10 to 800 guests.

Dubai - Construction Update.
For Dubai to continue its ongoing development there is construction throughout this Emirate. The land view/ marina/ lagoon view rooms in Dubai’s beach hotels are facing different levels of construction and some noise can be expected. From Sea facing rooms there may be construction visible on the Palm Island from most beach hotels, with minimum noise disruption. Within the resorts there is little disruption and holiday makers have been able to enjoy their beach holidays. Whilst the hotels do their best to allocate rooms where construction/ noise will be at the minimum, no complaints due to construction will be entertained regarding sea facing or land facing rooms. The Burj Dubai area is also rapidly being completed with the Burj Dubai Tower first residents due to move in by the end of 2009. Road works are also underway throughout Dubai in order to improve the flow of traffic. The Dubai Metro project is well underway and work on this project is visible throughout Dubai. Other projects will continue to unfold as Dubai races ahead. When visiting Dubai, you will be witnessing first hand development and growth of this world class destination. |
