Maxiworld Limited trading as Air Travel Corporation is a member of the TTA – Travel Trust Association. Our membership number is R454X. We operate a Clients Money Trust Account. An appointed Trustee who is a Chartered Accountant supervises the Trust Account. Both Air Travel Corporation and the Trustee are required to authorise payments from the Trust Account.
In addition to funds being held in the Trust Account, you also have a financial guarantee from the Travel Trust Association. The Travel Trust Association will guarantee the financial obligation of its Member up to a maximum for any one passenger of £11,000. So if you have paid £2000 the Travel Trust Association will guarantee to reimburse the loss of £2000.
Funds held in the Trust account for ground arrangements cannot be cashed until you return to the UK. Your flights will be booked under a separate contract with an ATOL protected Operator licensed by the CAA - Civil Aviation Authority, for whom we act as retail agent. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. Details of the ATOL holder are available on request before confirming your booking. The ATOL holders name and ATOL number will be shown on your ATOL Receipt. |
